PX3000™ includes a powerful document imaging database so that Employer and Member-level documents can be stored in a comprehensive customer relationship management solution. The PX3000™ EDM (Electronic Document Management) module enables users to attach documents, images, media files etc to Member records, Employer records, and claims.
Accessible
EDM allows users to upload and store any type of document (JPGs, PDFs, Word, Excel, Outlook Mail, video files, etc) and add appropriate filenames to the associated document. Any file stored in the PX3000™ EDM module can be made accessible (shared) with anyone who has permission to access that record.
Editable
A file stored within a record can be opened and edited by a user, provided they have the required editing software and permission.
