The PX3000™ Report Studio module produces both preformatted and ad hoc reports. The ad hoc reporter enables administrators to export data from any field in the system using a visual drag n’ drop interface, without any knowledge of the underlying data structure.
Ad Hoc Reporter
The PX3000™ Ad Hoc report maker is designed so administrators can create reports, letters, and data extracts quickly and easily, without needing to call the IT department for help! The possibilities are endless; when you create a special letter or data extract or report, you can save it as a template so other people in your office can use the same file, perhaps to print a monthly report on upcoming retirements or other scenarios.
Exports and Integration
PX3000™ integrates with Microsoft Word and Excel. The user can easily drag data fields into Word or Excel files and save these as templates. All Ad-Hoc Reports and filters can be saved so that administrators can recall a specific filter or template and the report can be generated whenever needed. In addition, various exporting formats are available from the PX3000™ native report format (export into Word, Excel, CSV, PDF, XML, HTML, ASCII).
